Library adds 2 new Open Access titles to collection.

Schaffer Library recently added two new Open Access titles to the collection:

Journal of Biomedical Discovery and Collaboration Fulltext v1+ (2006+) http://www.j-biomed-discovery.com/ and
Philosophy, Ethics, and Humanities in Medicine Fulltext v1+ (2006+) http://www.peh-med.com/ 

This brings the total number of independent OA titles hosted by BioMed Central to 100.

ARTstor adds Islamic Art and Architecture

The library has a trial of Book Index with Reviews (Bir). BIR is a cooperative effort between NoveList, EBSCO Publishing and Baker & Taylor, a full-line distributor of books, videos, music and eContent. The database provides information on 3.8+ million book titles in a wide range of formats. The product contains over 800,000 full text searchable reviews.
